Life certainly has a problem if it does not have a problem we may not hidup..he..he.

Sometimes problems come and go, like a naughty child problems, or financial problems or health problems, all of it is color and part of life.

If there is no problem then this feels flat and membosankan..he..he, but if there is a problem can make stress and headache. Why should stress?

If we stress whether the problem will be completed? Not too right, but if we live and receive problems without feeling the stress it would be wiser and more relaxed face that problem, right ga?

Example, suppose we are experiencing congestion, if we complain and complain will be hard but if enjoy jamming with while listening to music or look at other people who are tired or see another person who must be willing to walk or ride a bike with rain and traffic, we are more fortunate not because it does not rain and not have to walk due to run fare.

Or another example is if we are sick can not run because there is a drip on hand so not free, if complain if we instantly healed? or feel heavier because of the pain and suffering we have to pay tagihan..he..hee, but if we are enjoying our pain and take it to eat will feel more comfortable and besides that we can break from everyday busy, maybe if we are sick we do not too close to the family, children.

How to avoid stress? Tell your problems to God and let God give way to solve our problems and besides there a special time for God every day ?.

can we smile everyday?

We'll laugh at the sight, read and hear funny things. Sometimes we see people who slip  carelessly, discarded banana peels that make others fall, we can laugh out loud without being able to help him.

Smile would mean a lot to someone. When we are happy or fall in love, we will smile many times, imagining our love or idol. But when we are being hurt by partner, it’s difficult to smile. We remember the things that make us sad and upset because of his actions, and forget the good deeds, why?

Can we smile everyday?

Health is a gift from God Almighty. We should receive it every day and every time. But when we are suffering from a disease, can we accept that situation with a happy smile? A sick patient is smiling?

When we are sick, we will break the the daily routine, fatigue and focus to feel our sicknss. We could ask people that we love to feed us. It is rare situation, at sickness moment, we get more attention than others, friends.

When we are sick, healthy is so valuable. But sometimes when we are healthy, we forget to take care of our body. And forget to be grateful.

Are we able to accept pain gracefully or happily? It’s really difficult

Can we smile and laugh when we are unhealthy while it is grimacing and moaning, because withstanding the sickness?

Let us compare between”feeling the sicknes, did not accept the pain” and “receiving disease gracefully”. Which pain relief and make it lighter ?.

Between smiling and receiving pain, or complain and despair because of illness, can it transform into a healthy state or remain sick?

Let us think ..

A smile to myself was difficult especially for someone else , why do we praise ourselves harder or smile to myself for all the pleasure that has been given by God Almighty? 
A sincere smile will be felt in the heart of the recipient.

When we will meet with officials, sometimes we see and observe ourselves to the glass and talking to ourselves. We practice to smile, wearing the best clothes, polished shoes and others. Why we can give people with higher position a smile, while we can not smile for ourselves, and make the most beautiful smile to commend ourselves?

Smile is so expensive?

Once upon a time, I had flat tire. It was a hot day; I was standing between Radio Dalam Street and Ciputat. At that time I was very angry with the spikes spreader, it suffered others because they have to push the bike. I was pushing bike with a grumpy. I was feeling tired, looking for tire repairman, but I did not know where. I went ahead and ask others.

The sun was so hot, as if it could burn my heart. I met a mother; she was carrying her four years old child. The child asked me, why I did not ride my motorcycle? Suddenly that slurred voice made me smile, and I answered that motorcycle had flat tire. There was a relieve feeling and I was so happy seeing her understand the answer. I smile and felt different, the bike was lighter. Really? Let's try?

Busyness of Worldly Activities

At 10:30 am I was on the plane while looking at the cluster of clouds moved towards Palu from Jakarta, Sunday, April 29, 2012.

Everyday, people especially for they who live in Jakarta must have felt like the picture above, leaving early in the morning or doing anything in a rush if we oversleep. Sometimes we feel that the time which is given to us as much as 24 hours still feels lacking and if given time more than 24 hours for sure we choose the time more than 24 hours. The above figures are often encountered. Actually I've wanted to write since two days ago but due to lack of time and opportunities, besides I also have to share my time with family and my little angel, the most beautiful gift from Allah SWT named Dhisa Ezza Radhiya Putri, which is mean "the daughter of Andy and Nisa whom expected to be solehah, intelligent and virtuous ".

Subhanallah, thank you Allah SWT, you give health to me today so I can write on a Garuda Indonesia 608. Then, when I looked to the seat next to me there is a passenger who got ill (fever) and really sorry for him, and as I looked at the aircraft windows I can see the clean white clouds and the houses which looked like just dots and hardly noticeable. So how about humans? Certainly unseen at all.

When I was at the top and looked down I felt great and high, and when I was on the ground I felt big and tall if I look at the smaller things than me (the definition of small that I mean can be size, position, knowledge, wealth and handsomeness or beauty).

But when the plane shaked because of the bad weather, all sense of feeling high and feeling great were just gone, because everything belongs only to Allah while I am just a humble servant, sinful and not infallible.

Alhamdulillah, then I stopped writing for a while due to receiving the delicious food and my favorite chocolate ice cream but pity the passenger next to me, that young man was feverish he can’t enjoy the ice cream. Thank you Allah SWT and thank the stewards and stewardesses Garuda Indonesia for giving me good food with hospitality and the video I listened to while I was writing.

Pertengakaran merupakan sebuah proses untuk saling mengerti dan memahami keinginan, kebiasaan dua insan yang berbeda latar belakang pola asuh dan pendidikan saat kecil, latar belakang budaya dan tradisi. Jika disatukan maka akan terjadi gesekan-gesekan kecil yang akan menimbulkan api jika gesekan-gesekan tersebut tidak kita padamkan.
